Reaching Out

At Lancaster Baptist Church we understand the challenges of military members and families. Being separated from relatives and friends, coupled with the demands of military duty, can take its toll. At Lancaster Baptist Church we are here for you. We count it a great honor to serve the military community at Edwards Air Force Base. We hope to see you soon.

Meet Other Service Members

We offer great classes for singles, couples, and kids of all ages. You'll find that Lancaster Baptist Church is a great place to grow spiritually with other people who understand the pressures of military life.

Bus Ministry

Hundreds of children, adults, and families are brought to church each week through the bus ministry. Many of these children are underprivileged, and the love of Christ that they receive through the bus ministry is the highlight of their week. This ministry is staffed by dozens of volunteer Christians who love people.

If you or someone you know would like to ride one of our buses to church, call our church office at 661.946.4663 or contact our bus ministry office by email.

Over the past two decades, Lancaster Baptist Church has experienced aggressive growth—spiritually, numerically, and on our campus. Throughout this growth Lancaster Baptist has maintained a heart for the world-wide work of God. Lancaster Baptist currently supports more than 200 missionaries who are taking the gospel of Christ throughout the world. These missionaries are supported through and sent by local independent Baptist churches. The members of Lancaster Baptist have made the financial support of global evangelization a high priority, and the church's missions budget exceeds one million dollars. For the last several years, Lancaster Baptist has been the largest single contributor to BIMI missionaries.

In addition to foreign missions, Lancaster Baptist is continually involved in helping to establish new independent Baptist churches in the state of California. The church frequently conducts foreign mission trips to train missionaries and national pastors and to establish churches on foreign fields. Also, our annual missions conference in October helps our entire church maintain a heart for world-wide missions.
