If you desire to grow in sharing your faith, we invite you to join our weekly soulwinning outreach. This is an incredible opportunity to be partnered with an experienced soulwinner and learn firsthand how to lovingly and clearly present the gospel in our community. Whether you've never gone soulwinning before or are just looking to build confidence, you'll receive practical training and encouragement as you go together, two by two, just as Jesus sent His disciples (Luke 10:1).
Outreach is more than a program—it’s the heartbeat of our church. For over three decades, Lancaster Baptist Church has been committed to reaching the Antelope Valley with the good news of Jesus Christ. By participating in weekly outreach, you'll be part of that ongoing mission and discover the joy of planting seeds of the gospel, praying with others, and seeing lives changed by Christ. Bus Ministry
Learn About the MinistryHundreds of children, adults, and families are brought to church each week through the bus ministry. Many of these children are underprivileged, and the love of Christ that they receive through the bus ministry is the highlight of their week. This ministry is staffed by dozens of volunteer Christians who love people.

Missions
Over the past three decades, Lancaster Baptist Church has experienced aggressive growth—spiritually, numerically, and on our campus. Throughout this growth Lancaster Baptist has maintained a heart for the world-wide work of God. Lancaster Baptist currently supports more than 200 missionaries who are taking the gospel of Christ throughout the world. These missionaries are supported through and sent by local independent Baptist churches. The members of Lancaster Baptist have made the financial support of global evangelization a high priority, and the church's missions budget exceeds one million dollars. For the last several years, Lancaster Baptist has been the largest single contributor to BIMI missionaries.
In addition to foreign missions, Lancaster Baptist is continually involved in helping to establish new independent Baptist churches in the state of California. The church frequently conducts foreign mission trips to train missionaries and national pastors and to establish churches on foreign fields. Also, our annual missions conference in the fall helps our entire church maintain a heart for world-wide missions.
Military
Being separated from relatives and friends, coupled with the demands of military duty, can take its toll. We count it a great honor to serve the military community at Edwards Air Force Base.
