West Coast Baptist Ladies Conference 2016

We invite you to join us September 15–17, 2016 for our annual West Coast Baptist Ladies Conference. During this time together, we will be challenged to live God’s will for our lives and will be encouraged to trust God on each step of life’s journey. Join other women who desire to grow closer to the Lord, and enjoy godly fellowship and inspiring services at this uplifting conference.

The cost is $50. No refunds. Register early to be entered in our monthly drawings! Monthly winners will receive a $50 gift card to popular retailers such as Hobby Lobby and Amazon.com and will be contacted directly and announced on LBC Ladies Ministry social media accounts.

Who should attend?

It is our prayer that this conference will encourage women in all stages and callings of life. If you are a wife, mom, friend, co-worker, servant of Christ—we desire to encourage you to grow where you are. Young or old, seasoned saint or new believer—you will meet new friends, hear life-changing messages, and be inspired to trust God to connect the dots of your life.

What’s the schedule?

Registration opens in Revels 102 at 3:30 pm on Thursday, September 15, and the opening service begins in the Main Auditorium at 7:00 pm. Friday’s sessions begin at 8:30 am with a break for lunch at 12:30 pm. The evening service and banquet will be held at 5:00 pm on Friday evening in the Walther Center. The conference concludes on Saturday with one morning service beginning at 9:00 am. We are excited to hear from many amazing and qualified speakers throughout the conference and will release the breakout session schedule, as well as main session speaker, at the beginning of the conference.

What meals are provided?

In addition to delicious treats offered throughout our time together, breakfast will also be served on Friday and Saturday mornings as part of the conference cost. Friday lunch is on your own, but we’ll provide a great list of our favorite recommendations for you to enjoy while you’re here!

This year, we are looking forward to hosting an elegant banquet on Friday evening. Feel free to dress up and come ready to enjoy good company and a delicious meal, included in the price of the conference.

What does the conference include?

The conference will include several hours of biblical sessions, Christ-honoring worship, opportunities to meet new people, breakfast and snacks, banquet meal on Friday, and conference notebook and gift resources.

Will there be childcare available?

We love children, but unfortunately aren't able to provide childcare. We do however, have a Family Room, as well as Nursing Rooms for moms attending the conference with infants.

Will recordings be available after the conference?

You can download conference sessions here.

Will you live stream?

This event is a special experience for those who attend, and the services will not be live-streamed. But, watch for the audio recordings that will be available a few weeks after the conference.

Ladies Conference Boutique

Ladies Conference Boutique

Ladies are invited to set up vendor booths at the West Coast Baptist Ladies Conference. Set up your personal display of unique craft items, home décor, specialty food products, and gifts for kids.

Each vendor will receive an 6 foot table in a centralized location that will be easily accessible throughout the conference.

If you would like to join us as one of this year’s displayers, please complete the form. The cost is an additional $25. Deadline to register for the boutique is September 7. Payment is due upon arrival of the conference. Email updates containing more detailed information will be sent to approved vendors prior to the conference.
