We've experienced problems with Flash and Windows Media. Currently we are streaming in Silverlight. When you open the player, it may prompt you to install the plugin. The plugin is available for Windows, Mac, and Linux. We appreciate your feedback on quality as we continue to test and fine-tune new equipment.
