Group Discounts
For groups of ten or more, coming from the same church, registration is discounted to $99 per delegate. Group registration may be payed over the phone with a credit card, or through the mail with a check. Registration is due by July 1, 2008. Late or on-site group registration is $109 per delegate. |

| Cancellation policy |
Refunds will be granted
for cancellation requests postmarked on or before May
31, 2008. You will be charged a $10 processing fee. Cancellation requests postmarked after this
date are subject to approval, and no refunds will be
provided for those postmarked after July 31, 2008.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing.

Childcare
Daytime childcare is provided free of charge for infants through second grade children when both parents are registered delegates. Childcare for the evening services is also provided for infants through sixth grade.
Teens
Registered teenage delegates will enjoy daytime sessions and a Tuesday afternoon activity. For more information, call Melissa Santiago at ext. 143.
Ministry Displays
Numerous independent Baptist ministries will be on display and will provide ministry tools throughout the conference. If you would like to participate as a displayer, please contact Jerry Goddard at ext. 160.
WCBC Golf Tournament

| Soulwinning |
If you would like to participate in the soulwinning ministry of Lancaster Baptist, you may join the staff and members for a day of door knocking on Saturday, July 12, from 9:30 am to 12 noon.
The Faithfulness Rally will begin at 9:30 am in the North Auditorium for a short time of challenge and preaching.

| Dormitory Accommodations |
West Coast Baptist College dorm rooms are available to pastors and guests on a first come, first served basis for $50 per person. Dorm availability is limited and closes on June 30. Dorm spaces are for paid delegates only and must be paid at the time of registration. Linens are not provided.
For your stay in the dorm you will need to bring for each person:
Sheet set for a twin bed
Blanket
Pillow and pillowcase
Towel(s) and wash cloth(s)
Soap and toiletries
