For twenty-two years, God has been unfolding His work at Lancaster Baptist beyond all that we could ask or think. We hope you will join us for Spiritual Leadership Conference 2008, as we commemorate twenty-two wonderful years of blessings from God’s good hand.

Rather than learning more man-centered methods for ministry, our greatest need is for the power of God to come upon us. What has happened at Lancaster Baptist is truly of God, and we believe He desires to continue blessing here and in your ministry in the days ahead!

It is my heart that our independent Baptist churches would be all that God would have them to be in this challenging era of ministry! I am praying that every session, and especially those for pastors, will equip you to serve Christ and lead His people more effectively.

Our staff has been praying and preparing for months for this special twenty-second anniversary conference. We believe the local church is God’s institution for world evangelism, and we would be privileged to serve you, your staff, and your church family.
